I started my career in dental at the front desk of a two-doctor oral surgery practice. Soon I was given the opportunity to “work in the back” until eventually, I was the Clinical Supervisor for three offices and three surgical teams.
My 20 + years of experience in the dental field plus a stint as Human Resources Manager for a two-location Assisted Living Facility with 200 employees (during Covid!) and Practice Administrator for a three-doctor Family Dental Practice allow me to have the skills necessary to understand where you are coming from and identify your individual practice needs.
